Rita Bada is the Lead speaker and facilitator for Riospeaks (www.riospeaks.com), an infectious teacher and a passionate communicator to teenagers and youths.
She organizes seminars and workshops for students/youths regularly where she regularly inspires, motivate and mentor teenagers.
She is the author of JAILBREAK, A book on combating negative habits and addiction. Some of her articles are featured in The Guardian newspaper and other high school yearbooks.
For several years she has served in various leadership capacities. She was a one-time vice president of the Ajegunle Community Partners for health (AJCPH-Youth Wing) in conjunction with Centre for development and population activities (CEDPA ) in Lagos, Nigeria.
She is an Alumnus of the Prestigious Daystar Leadership Academy (Advanced) and a United Nations Volunteer in the area of Education programs
She also served as the vice president of Redeemed Christian Corpers fellowship (RCCF), Niger State, and sisters coordinator of the prestigious Redeemed Christian Fellowship,(RCF) Ogun State .
Her passion lies in raising super youths for God. Catching them young is a watchword for her. She is set to guide and guard young people against all vices of this present age.
She worked for a decade in a leading Bank in Nigeria, with several awards to her name, before fully stepping down to focus more attention on her passion to enhance the lives of teenagers.
Her driving philosophy is.. “This is the least you can ever be”.

For several years he has served in several leadership positions in the church & various organizations.
He is a certified marriage mentor and relationship coach with TIFW, USA
A dynamic speaker and trainer, he is known for his ability to maintain group focus, and to keep the process running smoothly within expected time frames.
He is an Alumnus of the Prestigious Daystar Leadership Academy (Advanced).
He is also the CEO of Golden Impression, a website design & development company in Lagos.
HE is also thee initiator of the Storm vs Versus Faith Challenge #stormvsfaith
He is currently the Lead Speaker of Havilah Workshops and president of Havilah Seminars & Events, with the offshoots: RioSpeaks (www.riospeaks.com), Havilah Workshops (www.havilahworkshops.com) and Goldmine Seminars.
